The button to the left will allow you to view our available rentals. Please check back if you do not see anything at this time as new rentals are coming on line all the time.

To visit a property: To see a rental, please call our office to schedule. Hours 8 AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.

To Apply: The button to the left will link to a PDF version of the tenant application. You may print and bring in or complete the application at our office on Nine Mile Road.

To Submit: Along with the application, we will also need to make a copy of your driver's license, last 2 months proof of income, and obtain the application fee ($35 per adult/$60 for married couple) before we can begin processing your application. The application fee must be in cash or money order and is non-refundable. APPLICATION WILL NOT WORK ON MOBILE DEVICES.

Unfortunately, we do not accept HUD vouchers at this time.
